On 14 May 1996 Boulton Cleary & Kern attained Quality Assurance accreditation in respect to the standard applicable to the legal profession - AS/NZS ISO 9001:1994.

An audit of the firm's quality system was conducted by the Quality Assessment Unit of the Queensland Government. The quality system has been maintained and regularly reviewed to ensure continuing compliance with the relevant quality standard.
