In 1998, the firm constructed its own purpose built premises at "The Lakes" in Townsville. The building is situated in close proximity to the city centre, is conveniently located for our clients and offers ideal conditions for our personnel.

Boulton Cleary and Kern was first established in Townsville in 1932 and has operated continuously servicing the North Queensland region throughout this period of time. The firm has grown with loyal clientele, tangible results and an ever-expanding local profile and now includes 8 partners, a consultant, 16 lawyers and some 45 support and administration staff.

The depth and range of our expertise allows BCK to be able to offer specialised services. Each division is headed by a dedicated partner with extensive legal experience.
