To make a request for community support via philanthropy or sponsorship please review the criteria as listed below;

  • In most circumstances a minimum of 3 months lead time is required to assess and review each request
  • Sponsorship support should provide specific details on the tangible benefits to BCK, such as business development opportunities, branding exposure or targeted marketing
  • Category exclusivity (law firms) is always deemed advantageous but not mandatory
  • Philanthropic and fundraising support requests need to clearly detail the distribution or allocation of funds donated or raised

Key information required in all proposals should include but is not limited to;

  • Investment request, inclusive or exclusive of GST
  • Any additional costs over and above initial investment, e.g. catering, signage etc
  • Overview of marketing plan, in particular if asking for support of a specific event
  • List of sponsors committed to date, and also those being approached
  • Comprehensive list of benefits and how they relate to BCK and our services
  • Creative ideas on how we can use this sponsorship and those benefits to connect with our target markets
  • Timelines, including important deadlines
  • Credentials of your group / company and affiliated companies or partners
  • Post philanthropic or sponsorship evaluation strategy

Request will be accepted any time throughout the course of the year, however, the ideal submission period is between February and April of each year for activation post June 30.
